 The Statue of Ramesses I dates back to the 19th Dynasty (around 1292-1290 B.C.) and depicts the king standing, wearing royal attire and the crown. Carved from granite, the statue symbolizes the king's strength and authority. It was discovered in the Temple of Ramesses I at Karnak. The statue is currently displayed in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. It represents the beginning of the 19th Dynasty and the restoration of stability after the turbulent period that preceded his reign.
