The statue of Seti I dates back to the 19th Dynasty (1290-1279 B.C.) and depicts the king standing, wearing the royal crown. Carved from granite, it symbolizes the strength and wisdom of the pharaoh as a military leader. The statue was discovered in the Karnak Temple in Luxor. It represents the stability of Egypt under Seti I and his military successes. The statue is currently displayed in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo.
